There are so many memories that I have with mom. I will always cherish the moments when mom and dad would always come into my room to check up on me when I was sick. They would always take very good care of me. Another one was when I was around 9 yrs old. They would always go to church at 6:00am and they would never leave me behind. If I would wake up late & they were gone I would stand at the door crying for them & they would come back to pick me up. There are so many..I LOVE YOU MOM SO MUCH & I MISS YOU SO MUCH!!
There are so many memories. But the most recent memory I have about mommy was during her stay at Lifecare, she shared this with me. She said, "Mija, la vida es como un pajarito, que no mas pasa por alli." I said, "Si, mommy. Somos la creacion de Dios. Y.....la vida sigue adelante en la eternidad. Aunque el cuerpo de nosotros se queda aqui, nuestro espiritu se va a la eternidad con Dios, por medio de Jesuscristo." And the Lord gave me the words in perfect spanish to minister to her about salvation and eternity. She had an open heart to every word. She had recently been transferred from RGH and was feeling better. She was sitting upright as if she was ready to eat. (Que padre!) We had a very special moment in God's presence because "where two or three are gathered in My Name, there am I with them." Matt 18:20 And now, when I look up to the sky and see the birds fly, ..........I will never forget our special moment.
